We have an extensive knowledge and understanding of all aspects of Family Law and are committed to providing professional, timely and affordable legal advice and service. In addition, we also provide advice and prepare Wills and Powers of Attorney at a very affordable fixed rate. We also commonly practice in the areas of Probate (Deceased Estates), Will or Estate Disputes, Criminal Law, and Conveyancing. We are passionate about the work that we do and are committed to achieving practical and effective outcomes for all our clients.
Our firm was established in 1998 when Ms. Denise Dwyer set up her sole practice in the old Central Park. Since then we have grown and we continue to find ways to improve our services to our clients. Our yellow building is located on the main highway where we are easily located and we are within close proximity to other businesses and organisations in the area. We are only minutes from the Frankston Magistrates Court and Frankston Police Station. We are committed to providing expert advice and excellent service in a timely manner. And we are focused on achieving practical and effective outcomes for our clients.
Our lawyers are well conversed and experienced in all areas of Family Law, Wills and Deceased Estates, Enduring Power of Attorney, Conveyancing, Intervention Orders, Criminal Law, and general areas of law. We have the sensitivity and passion for dealing with every matter in a professional, timely, and efficient manner.
